As a fashion-loving woman who has also been dealing with chronic back pain for the past three years, the mission of this company makes my dreams come true! The Vionic Secret means that I am able to run around at work all day (on concrete floors) and continue my busy lifestyle, all in the same pair of shoes, without forfeiting style or support.”
how would you describe your style when you are at home?
“With a busy work/life schedule and frequent travels, having cozy pieces to come home and relax in after a long day is important to me. My style at home is typically very relaxed with easy-to-wear items, like jeans and a cute top or tee. Unless I am staying in for the night or getting ready for bed, then you can usually find me in a soft, matching PJ set. Also, having a nice pair of slippers to give my tired feet a break at home is essential! I love to kick off my shoes, and slip into a cozy pair of slippers as soon as I get home.”
how would you combine comfort with style when picking your attire?
“My philosophy is that style comes first but comfort is a close second, and shoes are no exception! I believe in curating a wardrobe that you love, completely tailored to your style and life. For me, since I tend to have a pretty busy schedule, it is essential to have no-fuss, versatile options in my closet at all times. It took years of collection and a ton of weeding out to find and create a wardrobe full of items that I love and feel good in. I often opt for dresses since they’re easy to throw on and usually transition nicely from a day-to-night outfit. I also look for materials in a soft cotton or linen for extra comfort.”
